This two-story residential project is defined by the intersection of two pure volumes with distinct finishes (white and taupe-beige). The ground floor is visually unified by vertical wood cladding, which adds warmth to the composition and defines the entrance. The social floor opens onto the pool terrace via recessed sliding doors, while the private upper floor features recessed balconies.
