This two-story residential project is based on stacked volumes. The upper floor, a white volume with wood-clad sections, rests on a fully glazed ground floor, creating a deep, covered terrace. The central design element is an oculus in the roof slab, which allows a tree to pass through, vertically integrating the vegetation into the structure. This slab unifies the main house and the carport, while full-height sliding doors dissolve the boundary between the living area and the pool.
