Project Description
This single-story residential project combines a minimalist massing under a pitched roof (gabled and hipped) with internal courtyards. The neutral-toned facade is punctuated by contrasting elements, notably a protruding box window. The outdoor leisure area is defined by a wooden deck, a compact pool, and a slatted pergola that offers passive solar control and frames the outdoor living space.
