This contemporary residential project is defined by the strong chromatic and volumetric contrast between its two floors. The dark grey ground floor acts as a solid base for the upper volume, which is white and cubic in geometry. The private upper floor features recessed balconies with glass railings. The curved form of the exterior wall intentionally contrasts with the home's rectilinear massing.
