This contemporary residential project utilizes the site's topography, organizing itself into three tiered levels. The base, partially buried and clad in stone, anchors the building and houses the garage functions. The main floor, dedicated to the social area, is fully glazed and opens onto a large terrace with a pool. The upper floor, a minimalist white volume, contains the private zone and is served by continuous balconies protected by metal railings.
