This contemporary residential project, defined by a clear L-shaped volume, focuses on maximum integration between interior and exterior spaces. The main social area is distinguished by its high, vaulted ceiling, defined by the pitched roof, and by large-scale glazing that opens onto a covered terrace. The design promotes fluidity, seamlessly connecting the open-plan living room and kitchen directly to the central leisure area, which includes a pool and garden. An internal landscaped courtyard provides additional natural light. The material palette is minimalist: neutral exterior cladding, dark window frames, light wood flooring indoors, and kitchen finishes in white and composite stone. The result is a functional, bright space oriented toward outdoor living.
