This contemporary architectural project is based on a play of cubic volumes. The ground floor contrasts a dark, recessed volume (carport) with the social area, which is fully glazed and open to the garden. The upper floor, a white volume, is set back to create a terrace shaded by a structural pergola. An internal courtyard with a glazed staircase serves as a central light core, illuminating the vertical circulation.
