A multi-family housing project characterized by the strong horizontality of its concrete slabs, which define the continuous balconies on all floors. The structure's orthogonal geometry is softened by the curved design of the balcony corners, finished in exposed concrete (or similar) with dark metal railings. The building rests on a fully glazed podium at the ground floor, housing the common areas and opening directly onto the outdoor leisure space, comprised of a pool and wooden deck.
