Prédio Lumiar

This collective housing project focuses on permeability and the creation of community spaces. The ground floor is designed as an open podium, featuring a central passageway that links a public-facing park to an internal courtyard. This courtyard, with amphitheater-style seating, functions as the building's social core. The facade is a rhythmic grid of concrete slabs and light brick masonry, featuring continuous balconies and perforated brick elements (brise-soleil) for ventilation and privacy.
