This contemporary architectural project is defined by the volumetric contrast between the white upper volume and the textured, vertical wood-clad base. The massing plays with solids and voids, creating extensive upper-floor terraces and overhangs that frame the leisure area. The ground floor is fully glazed, featuring full-height sliding doors. This design allows the social area (living/kitchen) to merge completely with the wooden deck and pool, eliminating the boundary between inside and out.
