This single-story residence is articulated under an extensive flat roof slab, which unifies the volume and creates generous overhangs. The design is marked by the contrast between the white walls and the wood cladding on the ceilings and entrance area. An oculus (circular opening) in the roof serves as a central design element, allowing for light and the integration of vertical vegetation. Large sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between the interior and the outdoor leisure area, comprised of a pool, deck, and garden.
