This contemporary architectural project, defined by its rectilinear geometry, explores the concept of stacked volumes. The ground floor, dedicated to the social area, is characterized by large sliding glass doors that allow for complete integration with the covered terrace and pool area. The white upper volume contrasts with the wood paneling on the lower level and is set back to create private terraces, providing a clear hierarchy between social and private zones.
